2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus). The provider processes personal data, such as IP addresses in log files, on behalf of the data controller for the purpose of providing the website.

3. Collection and processing of personal data

Personal data is only processed if this is legally permitted or if you have consented to the data processing.

The following data is collected:

  • When visiting the website: IP address, date and time, browser type, operating system (server log files)
  • When using the contact form: name, email address, message
  • When booking courses or subscriptions: name, email address, address details, payment details (via Shopify)
  • When subscribing to the newsletter: email address
  • When processing payments: payment details via Stripe or PayPal, transmitted directly to the payment service providers

4. Analysis and tracking tools

This website uses the following tools for analysis and performance measurement, provided you have consented via the cookie banner:

  • Google Analytics (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent). IP anonymization is used.
  • Google Ads Conversion Tracking, for evaluating campaign success.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), for measuring conversion events and remarketing.
  • TikTok Pixel, for tracking user actions after clicking on a TikTok ad.

These services use cookies and similar tracking technologies. Consent is obtained via a cookie banner upon your first visit to the website. No tracking takes place without your consent.

5. Integration of third-party content

The following external content is integrated:

  • Instagram feed and posts (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.)
  • TikTok videos (TikTok Technology Limited)
  • YouTube videos (Google Ireland Limited)

When you access this content, data such as your IP address and, if applicable, cookies are transmitted to the respective providers. If you are simultaneously logged into these platforms, tracking by the providers may occur.

6. Payment service providers

For processing paid services (subscriptions and courses), we use:

  • PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.)
  • Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.), for credit card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

Payment processing takes place directly via the providers' servers. We do not store complete credit card data ourselves. The privacy policies of the respective service providers apply.

7. Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address will be stored and used exclusively for sending the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
